Do you offer door-to-door service?
Yes! Our premium Door-to-Door Service is our most popular option. A dedicated transport specialist will pick up your cat from your home and deliver them directly to the final destination. We also offer airport pickup/drop-off services.
How will my cat travel? What is their environment like?
Your cat will travel in a secure, USDA-approved, airline-style kennel that is well-ventilated and appropriately sized. We maintain a strict climate-controlled environment in our dedicated pet vehicles and ensure kennels are never placed on the ground near other animals. Our protocols are designed to minimize stress—soft bedding, familiar toys (if allowed), and a calm atmosphere are standard.
Will my cat be with other animals?
No. Your cat’s kennel will never share space with unfamiliar animals. Our primary rule is no direct contact between client pets. We transport a limited number of pets per vehicle to ensure individual attention and safety.
What vaccinations and health documents are required?
Domestic (US): A current Health Certificate issued by an accredited veterinarian within 10 days of travel is generally required. Proof of Rabies vaccination is mandatory.
International: Requirements vary drastically by country (e.g., microchipping, rabies titer tests, specific treatments). Our International Pet Relocation Team will provide you with a country-specific checklist and can guide you and your vet through the entire process.
How can I get updates on my cat's journey?
We provide regular updates via your preferred method (call, text, or email). You’ll receive notifications at key milestones: pickup, rest stops, and delivery. For an extra layer of reassurance, we can often share photos or brief videos.
